A view of Ichupampa

Church in public square of Ichupampa

This is the village we visited today. If was devistated by an earthquake 3months ago, homes, roads, local church. One of few buildings left was the"health center". we saw and treated over100 adults and children in5 hours today.no time to take pictures of the very greatful people....too busy dispensing meds and being an interpretor to explain the meds.rewarding but tiring. Everything from arthritic pain from hard manual labor to burns and intestinal parasites. Everyone child and adult receives prophylactic antiparasitic med.
